Project

About the project

The project Ensuring decent working conditions in Poland, with special attention to and inclusion of the Ukrainian refugee population, began in March 2023 and will last until February 2024.

The project is an extension of the "Ensuring decent labor conditions in Poland" project implemented in previous years. The project is aimed at public sensitization and special attention to integration and support for Ukrainian refugees through the organization of workshops, focus groups and roundtable meetings. The planned meetings will take the form of capacity-building activities, particularly in promoting and respecting the labor rights of refugees, while increasing the capacity of trade unions to participate in activities that promote decent working conditions for refugees, especially Ukrainian refugees. The topics of the planned activities in the project will combine legal and practical knowledge useful to trade union representatives in the context of increasing their effectiveness in activities to develop decent working conditions for Ukrainian refugees.
